About Kate

Kate Skinner PT Hypermobility Solution

Hi! My name is Kate Skinner, I'm a Doctor in Physical Therapy, specializing in working with chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, hypermobility, spinal dysfunction, and abdominal adhesions, and pain dysfunction that all impact someone’s ability to move and quality of life.

She works from a holistic perspective, treating the whole person and their specific circumstances as well as looking at how their systems function together.

I work in collaboration with other providers and specialties to ensure my clients receive high-quality care.

My personal journey with hypermobility has given me a unique perspective on both how to treat this condition and how the medical community works with this condition. I am passionate about changing this dynamic to improve an individual’s experience in healthcare and provide options for clients to not only improve but thrive.

What people say about working with me

Kate Skinner has helped me immensely! I feel better, I'm stronger and I can take care of my body much better now. A surgeon suggested an operation, but Kate has helped me avoid that option.

Erin G.

Kate gave me my life back and we are so thankful for everything she has done. I wish I would have found her sooner. I could have prevented my bowel blockage surgery if I would have got to her sooner.
